A few months ago, there was a skip hire van outside dropping off a skip, which I assumed the council had requested. Within 1 day it was full to the brim. I managed to put 3 bin bags on top, which had general household rubbish in it. The reason I put this on there was, we have a bin cupboard the council collect the rubbish from. They had not collected any rubbish from us in nearly a month, the cupboard started to stink. It is situated outside, but under our stairs, so we could smell the rotting rubbish every time we went up or down the stairs. So anyway, Ithrew the rubbish on the skip, itlooked safe and sturdy and went back inside. The following daya man from the local council came knocking, with a letter addressed to me in his hands. Either a fox, cat or child, had been rummaging through the rubbish and all the bin bags which were in the skip were now ripped open. He found a load of mail addressed to different people and was knocking on doors to tell us to go and pick the rubbish up. He asked me if I had requested the skip, to which I replied no, I thought it had been requested by the council and he said no. Within 2 hours the skip was being hauled away, and all the rubbish which was on the floor was left. I went and gathered anything with my name and address on it, to prevent being a victim of fraud. Still, about 3 weeks later, there were letters and rubbish addressed to other people, scattered all over the floor. It's amazing how people just don't care, yet I bet if their identities were copied they'd care then, and demand somethingto be done about it.

I have decided to buy a new car. However, I need to find an instructor to teach me how to drive! First, I need to apply for a provisional drivinglicense.Aprovisional driving license is absolute necessity whilst undertaking driving lessons. Both the driving school and the affiliated driving instructor are legally obliged to checkbefore administering driving lessons. At present, I do not own a car. However, that is about to change. I have never enjoyed public transportation system. I have simply tolerated the transport system as a means to an end. It is incredibly easy to become dependent on the transportation system if you live in London. You can get a scheduled bus, train ortram to practically any destination! However, the time has come to set my schedule andact accordingly. With my own car, I get in the car, turn the ignition, foot press the accelerator, break and clutch when I choose. I do not wish to be at the mercy of a scheduled timetable that can change without considerable notice! Back since 1989 I never had any interest in the lessons my teacher taught us, I was a mischievous guy and would like to fool around in school. Instead of concentrating on my studies i would dream of becoming a business like my daddy and so since the age of 10 i had decided to start a business of my own. We owned a skip hire business and was one of the most popular skip hire in town ans so I grew up in luxuries . Debra never expected to own a classic car. She was happy to get to travel as an airline stewardess and make enough money to keep her in the clothes she so loved to wear. School was never something she intended to do again either, but life will sometimes make plans for you, you never expected. Times were hard and with layoffs going around everywhere she wasn’t totally shocked when her name came up. All my life I would travel to school in my parent's car. But now that I had left school and I was at college I would travel by bus. I did think college was much better than school but I knew that to travel in car was much greater than travelling on the bus because buses are slower and there was always people who would get on the bus that would annoy me. At least if I was in the car I did not have that problem. For example; there was one time when an old woman got on the bus and instead of just sitting there quietly like everybody else, because most people just sit there with their earphones plugged into their ears and listening to music, this woman instead decided to start shouting and ranting to the strangers sat near her about a skip for hire. I mean, of all things, she had to start rambling on about a skip. It was ridiculous. I just wanted to shout at her or scream at her, but I did not want to look like I was disrespecting anybody or anything, so I sat there on my uncomfortable seat and just listened to the woman rant and rant until she finally reached her destination and got off the bus. It was especially awful because on the way home from college I would get off at the terminal station and so I had the longest bus journey and I just simply hated it. I never hated anything more in my entire life than having to get the bus. Actually, that is a lie. I especially hated having to wait to get the bus. The signs at the bus shelter said that a bus would arrive every ten minutes, and they certainly did not. I was lucky to see a bus pass every twenty minutes. That is how inefficient the bus services were. Its ok now though because I am at University now and you do not have them problems anymore. Well, I don't anyway, because I live on campus so never need to use a bus.

These days it is horrifying to see some of the young students driving a classic car or a motorbike with too much speed. There are so many accidents that have occurred because of these reckless younger people who are not driving safe. It is disheartening to see pictures of so many accidents happening daily in news papers and most of them could have been avoided if the driver was driving the vehicle carefully following the traffic rules and regulations perfectly. Some times when these young students are zooming on their motorbike or in their classic car, we don't feel safe. Though government has made it mandatory to learn driving through a driving school, many of them don't prefer approaching a driving school and instead they do prefer learning through any of their friends and this is really a bad trend. Public awareness should be created so that everybody learns driving through a driving school and be safe. I started riding a motorbike when i was in college and even though i took driving classes through a driving school, i was very cautious driving in the main traffic. I have also witnessed many of the road accidents which have occurred in our place in the past and also some of them very recently and hence ,i am very careful as i always want to be on the safer side.Police should take note of all these and try to avoid accidents by putting regulations or booking cases on younger student for driving carelessly. There should be public seminars, awareness programmes among the public to reduce all these accidents that occur in our daily life and to make our life more safer and acceptable. Road safety symbols should be placed in most of the road junctions.Parents should also take their responsibility in providing the children with a classic car or a motorbike at their very young age and when their children grew up should encourage them to drive their vehicle cautiously and should never go to teach their children driving and instead they should always encourage them to attend driving school so that their children learn driving and also to know about traffic rules and regulations.
