When I resigned from my previous job, I did not waste my time doing no

When I resigned from my previous job, I did not waste my time doing nothing at home. In fact I did some spring cleaning that I was getting worried that I never had the time to do it when I was still working. The result was satisfactory and I wish I had done it much earlier because I had more space to re-arrange all the things. I actually could add a thing or two and I had gotten some decorations from the cheap store, which were not bad looking at all.
Being out of job was a great way of practicing frugality. One of the things that I would not miss to pay is my insurance and as I am and insurance agent myself, I realized how important it is. I was considered lucky because during that time, most of the shops were on sale and I did not have to worry to get all the cheap items.
I have also saved some funds and hoping could get a cheap driving lessons. As I did not drive and when I was still working, public transportation was very important to me. It was a wise idea spending my free time doing all the things I did not have a chance to accomplish due to my hectic previous working life.
I had also thought of going back to school and took up some courses as it would be nice to add them in my curriculum vitae. Each day I was thinking that there was more I could do to develop myself. So, I did enroll myself in a school of business in one of the colleges in the city. It was not cheap, but it was worth it.
So, I have learnt to drive and gone back to school, and was real happy with my progress. I have never thought that I managed to work things out just fine. Even though I did not have a fixed income, but I still received some commissions from the insurance company every month that was more than enough for a while to top up my savings.
