This is the story of how I turned my driving lesson into the biggest mess I have even been involved in. So I went to take my test in my friends auto, she told me that it was perfectly ready. It had recently had a tune-up and the motor was running great. She assured me that I would have no problems at all, and that I would pass my test with flying colors.

So we begin to drive after my instructor checked that lights and everything was in order. Everything is going great so far, I have my belt on, the motor is running great and off we go. We are the only car in the parking lot that is moving so I go to take a rightturn out of the driveway, when all of a sudden there is a big crash.

I am so stunned it takes me a few minutes to realize that I did not turn to check the roadbefore pulling out, so the big loud crash was my auto hitting another that was passing by at the same moment. How incredibly embarrassing! I still can not believe this happened to me, after all the practicing I did for that test. I was sure that I was going to ace it, only to crash before we even left the parking lot.

Now I am in a huge amount of debt, my friends auto was totally wrecked in the front. Thank goodness the motor major parts were not damaged but the body work needed is extensive. I have gotten three bids for it and they are all over a grand a piece and I have no clue how I will pay for that. My friend has been left without a vehicle and now she is upset with me for causing all this havoc in her life.

Maybe I can just forget about driving for the rest of my life. With the car fees plus the huge ticket I got I don't think I will ever have the money to buy my own auto. Plus now I will forever be terrified of making a right turn out of any parking lot.
